Finally we were there too !!!
We really enjoyed to be for the first time at the 91st Festa dell’Uva e del vino di Bardolino. We were there in collaboration with our “twin clubs”, Cisano Juventina Bardolino and the Baldo Junior Team, and with the fundamental support of our local hotel school IPSAR Luigi Carnacina.
The dishes offered were of high quality and much appreciated, including Ravioli with Lavarello and Chiaretto and Ravioli with Ricotta and Monteveronese.
